Terms of Service
§ 1. General
All deliveries and services of the company Green Space GmbH, also within the framework of the online shop www.growdiskont.at, are carried out on the basis of the following general terms and conditions (GTC), with which the customer declares that he/she agrees when placing the order. The general terms and conditions of the contractual partner apply, if this is an entrepreneur, only in the event of written confirmation by Green Space GmbH.
All prices stated on this website and in our price list are in euros including the statutory value added tax of 10%/13%/20% prescribed in Austria and excluding any shipping costs that may arise.
Changes and errors excepted.
For shipping always apply the prices stated at the time of order.
§ 3 Orders
An incoming order from the customer is regarded as an offer for shipping, Green Space GmbH reserves the right not to make deliveries without giving reasons.
With the order, the customer acknowledges that he/she is at least 18 years old.
§ 4 Legal situation
With the order, the customer declares that he/she is aware of the legal situation. Should the customer violate the laws applicable in his country, he hereby acknowledges that the company Green Space GmbH does not assume any responsibility for this.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within approx. 3 working days after receipt of the order, provided the items ordered are in stock. The specified shipping time of 3 days in Germany and 7 days abroad are without guarantee, the company Green Space GmbH does not recognize any claims for damages for delays that are not in their sphere of influence.
The delivery takes place in neutral packaging, attention is paid to breakage safety. Unless otherwise charged, the customer bears the cost of postage or parcel shipping and apprehensive additional charges (cash on delivery charges) as well as any customs duties that may arise.
§ 6 Terms of Payment
Payment is made by cash on delivery, prepayment or credit card payment.
The goods remain the property of Green Space GmbH until they have been paid for in full. Until then, the customer must ensure that the items are treated in such a way that no depreciation occurs.
§ 7 Damages / Warranty
The transfer of risk takes place when the goods are handed over to the corresponding postal or transport company.
When taking over, the customer undertakes to inspect the package for transport damage. If the package is estimated, we ask that you do not accept the package. Green Space GmbH is not liable for damage caused by the transport company!
The customer has to instruct the goods to be functional after the public inspection, open defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods, hidden defects within 14 days, otherwise the warranty for these damages expires. Minor deviations from information provided by the manufacturer or in the online shop: www.growdiskont.at are reserved as long as they do not impair the functionality of the item.
Otherwise, there is a warranty period of 6 months from the invoice date on all technical devices.
We cannot guarantee the shipping of live goods such as beneficial insects.
§ 8 Right of withdrawal
According to the KschG, the customer has the right to withdraw from unused or unopened goods, which he must assert in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal in this form only applies to the online shop.

§ 10 Registered trademarks
The logos and brands of the companies represented on our websites as well as their product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of the respective companies.
All product descriptions and photos are - so far not otherwise specified - directly from the producers, their wholesalers or from Green Space GmbH. All images, logos and lettering may not be used without written consent.
